Conveniently, these can be acquired at various metro stations, off-licenses, and Milan’s parking meters.
A single ticket covers Mi1, Mi2, and Mi3 areas, granting 90 minutes of travel from the first validation. While metro line changes are allowed within this time frame, exiting the metro station and returning with the same ticket is prohibited.
Valid for 24 hours from the first validation, the one-day travel card covers Mi1, Mi2, and Mi3 areas, offering flexibility for a day of exploration.
The two-day travel card provides unlimited travel over 72 hours from the initial validation, offering an extended period for immersive city exploration.
Depending on size, separate tickets may be required for luggage. Smaller items (50 centimeters) are free, while larger ones (50 x 90 centimeters) necessitate a luggage ticket. Suitcases exceeding 90 cm are not permitted on Milan’s public transport.
This option saves money compared to purchasing 10 separate single tickets. This ticket is for single-person use.
Primarily designed for residents, this card permits two daily travels for six days within a week.
This ticket offers unlimited access from 8 pm until service closure.
This ticket facilitates travel to Fiera Milano on Milan Metro’s line 1, allowing line changes and alternative means of transport for 105 minutes after validation.
In addition to the aforementioned tickets, Milan’s public transport system includes weekly, monthly, and annual travel cards.
The most convenient and economical option for using all public transport in Milan whenever you want is the Milan Pass Light, the card that grants you access to all public transport without any restrictions, at a fixed cost.
Milan Pass Light is available in three different durations (24 hours, 48 hours or 3 days) to best meet your needs during your stay in Milan.
